Creamy Party Salad
Creamy Party Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 large pkg. (6 oz.) jell-o (cherry or strawberry), 6 oz. cream cheese, softened and 2 c. cool whip, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain pineapple well; save juice.
Add enough water to juice to make 2 cups.
Heat liquid to boiling.
Add boiling liquid to Jell-O to dissolve.
Add cream cheese while still hot and beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Cool, stirring occasionally.
Let set in refrigerator until partially jelled.
When set, beat with rotary beater.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Dot with cherries after pouring into 9 x 12-inch pan.
You may sprinkle with nuts.
Chill.
Serves 10 to 12.
