Creamy Onion Dressing
Creamy Onion Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. part skim ricotta cheese and 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In blender container, combine yogurt and cheese.
Process until smooth, scraping down sides of container as necessary. Transfer to a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to a jar with tight fitting cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, stir well.
Makes 4 servings.
