Creamy Onion Dressing
Creamy Onion Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. part skim ricotta cheese and 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In blender container, combine yogurt and cheese.
Process until smooth, scraping down sides of container as necessary. Transfer to a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to a jar with tight fitting cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, stir well.
Makes 4 servings.
