Creamy Mocha Fudge
Creamy Mocha Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 c. milk chocolate chips, 1 tbsp. milk, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk and 4 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tbsp. water or 1 tbsp. coffee flavored liqueur, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with milk, sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee dissolved in water and vanilla.
Remove from heat and stir in nuts.
Spread evenly in aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Chill 3 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board.
Peel off foil and cut into squares.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes about 2 pounds.
