Creamy Mocha Fudge
Creamy Mocha Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee granules, 1 1/2 tbsp. hot water, 3 c. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve coffee granules in hot water in a large saucepan; add semi-sweet chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until morsels melt.
Spread into a lightly buttered 8-inch square pan or baking dish; sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
Gently press pecans into fudge.
Chill until firm.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
