Creamy Lemon Pie
Creamy Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 or 9-inch baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust, 3 egg yolks or 3 egg whites, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated), 1/2 c. lemon juice and yellow food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand, lemon juice and food coloring (just a few drops). Pour into prepared pastry shell and bake 30 minutes.
Cool and then refrigerate.
