Creamy Jello Salad
Creamy Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. buttermilk, 1 3/4 c. cool whip, 1 (3 oz.) box jell-o (orange or strawberry-banana) and 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bring pineapple and juice to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Jell-O until dissolved.
Let cool.
Take out of refrigerator and add the buttermilk and Cool Whip.
Fold in until lumps disappear.
Then add the nuts.
Pour in an 8-inch square dish. Cool at least 4 hours.
