Creamy Fudge
Creamy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar, 1/3 c. baking cocoa, 1/4 c. evaporated milk, 1 stick butter, sliced and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix confectioners sugar and cocoa in greased 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
Add evaporated milk and butter; do not mix. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
Stir until mixed.
Add vanilla and pecans; mix well.
Spread evenly in dish.
Chill for 1 hour.
Cut into squares.
