Creamy Fruit Parfait
Creamy Fruit Parfait is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. (4 serving size) jell-o brand orange flavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water and ice cubes, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes, until completely dissolved.
Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping until smooth.
Stir in oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and walnuts or pecans.
Spoon into 8 dessert glasses.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Garnish with remaining whipped topping and add additional fruit, if desired.
Yield: 8 servings.
