Creamy Fruit Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and gelatin.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Refrigerate until thickened, about 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Add mayonnaise.
Whisk until smooth.
Stir in fruit and pecans.
Pour into a 1-quart mold that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto a serving platter.
Yield: 6 servings.
