Creamy Frozen Lime Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 c. undiluted evaporated milk, 1/2 c. lime juice and 1 prepared (8-inch) cookie crumb crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Beat until smooth with at medium speed, add lime juice and beat for 1 minute.
Crust.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Let stand temperature 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with lime slices, sliced in half. Slightly twist and garnish include cherries or mint sprigs before serving.
