Creamy Freezer Pie
Creamy Freezer Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 envelope kool-aid, any flavor, not presweetened and 20 vanilla wafer cookies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Chill the evaporated milk in an ice cube tray until almost frozen at edges.
Put the ice cold milk in a large bowl.
Use cold beaters (chill in refrigerator) and beat the milk until fluffy. Add sugar and Kool-Aid.
Whip until stiff.
Line bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan or square baking pan with vanilla wafers. Fill with the milk mixture.
Freeze until firm (about 3-4 hours).
