Creamy Chocolate Fudge
Creamy Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 4 c. sugar, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet) and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine and cook butter, sugar and milk, stirring constantly to soft ball stage.
Put chocolate chips and marshmallows into large bowl.
Toss together gently and add cooked mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Beat until thick and add walnuts.
Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
You can also use butterscotch chips instead of chocolate chips.
