Stir sugar, milk and cocoa well
Cook to soft ball stage
While waiting for mixture to boil, get out three dinner plates
Put a walnut-size piece of oleo on each plate
Pour one third of cocoa mixture onto each plate
When somewhat cooled, use a knife and, with a whipping/folding motion, incorporate oleo into cocoa mixture
Stir until thick and satiny
Working quickly, drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper before fudge hardens.
