Creamy Chocolate Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. baking chocolate, melted, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. butter, 1/3 c. milk and 3 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt baking chocolate top of a double boiler over hot, boiling water; add marshmallows and stir occasionally until melted.
Remove from heat; with electric mixer beat in butter and milk until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and blend in thoroughly.
Yield: frosts
