Creamy Chipped Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. chipped beef, 1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. evaporated milk and 2 tbsp. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Snip beef in bite size pieces.
Brown in Crisco until edges curl; drain.
Mix milk and soup.
Add beef, hash browns and 1/2 can onion rings.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish.

Remove lid.
Crumble remainder of onion rings over top.
Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
