Creamy Chicken Dressing Casserole
Creamy Chicken Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large chicken breast, 1 small size stove top stuffing mix (chicken flavor), 1/2 stick margarine, 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil chicken breast; bone and tear into small bite-size pieces (set aside).
Set aside 2 cups of chicken broth.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine; coat the croutons of stuffing mix with the melted margarine.
Divide in one-half; set aside.
Add the vegetable seasoning packet to 1/2 cup chicken broth and boil 5 minutes; set aside.
Blend together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream (do not beat).
Set aside.
