Creamy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. (about 6 medium) potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and salt and pepper, to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook potatoes in a large sauce pan (cover with water) for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Return potatoes to sauce pan and add milk and butter.
