Creamy Cheese Grits is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (10-1/2 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth, undiluted, 1/2 c. whipping cream, 1 c. uncooked quick-cooking grits, see note below and 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine chicken broth and whipping cream in large sauce pan; bring to a boil.
Stir in grits, and return in cheese.
Cool 10 minutes.
Yield: 5 3/4 cups.
