Creamy Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium carrots, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar and 3 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash and scrape carrots.
Cut into quarters, lengthwise.
Put carrots in boiling water; add salt and sugar.
Cover.
Cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain.
Blend mayonnaise and cream. Pour over carrots and mix lightly.
Serve at once.
