Made with 1 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced or 1 (26 oz.) bag frozen sliced carrots, thawed, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. grated onion, 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish and 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a saucepan, cook carrots just until tender; drain.
Save 1/4 cup liquid.
Place carrots in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and liquid.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
