Creamy Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh broccoli, 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 8 oz. water chestnuts, chopped and 1/4 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Slice and cook broccoli; drain and set aside.
Blend together the soup, mayonnaise, water chestnuts and curry powder.
Place broccoli in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
