In a large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, water and pudding mix together.
Chill 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream. Put in 2 1/2-quart bowl.
Put in pudding mixture, then wafers, bananas and pudding.
Repeat layers twice, ending with pudding. Chill.
