Creamy Apple Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 apples, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine cake mix and butter; mix until crumbly.
Reserve 2/3 cup for topping.
To that topping portion, add brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
Press the remaining mixture onto bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Arrange apple slices over crust. Blend the sour cream and egg together; pour over apples evenly. Sprinkle on the topping mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
