Creamed Spinach
Creamed Spinach is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 38 minutes. Wash spinach thoroughly.
Remove stems.
Tear leaves into large pieces.
Cook in a small amount of boiling water 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Place on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist.
Melt butter in a large skillet; saute onion and garlic until tender.
Stir in next 4 ingredients.
Add the spinach and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with paprika.
