Creamed Macaroni Meat Bake
Creamed Macaroni Meat Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground meat, salt and pepper, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Brown meat and drain.
Add salt, pepper and garlic.
Stir in tomato sauce.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes. In a bowl combine sour cream, cottage cheese and egg.
Mix. Stir in cooked macaroni.
In a 2-quart baking dish, layer half of macaroni mixture, then half of meat mixture.
Repeat.
Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
