Creamed Cucumbers
Creamed Cucumbers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large cucumbers, 1 medium onion, 1 c. salad dressing, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice cucumbers very thin into bowl.
Chop onion and add to bowl.
Mix salad dressing, sugar, fresh ground pepper and parsley until creamy in separate bowl.
Add to cucumber and marinate for at least two hours in refrigerator.
