Creamed Crab-Meat Dip
Creamed Crab-Meat Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 small onion, chopped, 4 tbsp. butter (no substitute), 2 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 c. half and half cream and 1 egg yolk, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion in butter.
Add flour and then cream.
Cook until thick.
Stir in egg yolk, then all seasonings.
