Creamed Cabbage
Creamed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. shredded white cabbage, 1/4 c. minced onion, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed and 2 tbsp. dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blanch 4 cups of cabbage in boiling salt water for 3 minutes. Drain.
Cover with cold water; drain.
In saucepan, saute onion and butter.
Add cabbage and toss well.
Add cream cheese and dill.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 2 minutes.
Serves 3 to 4.
