👨‍🍳 Instructions

In saucepan, melt butter in boiling water.

Add flour and salt all at once; stir vigorously.

Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.

Remove from heat; cool slightly and add eggs, one at a time, beating with a spoon after each addition until smooth. by heaping tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake 10 minutes.

Remove from oven; cut off tops.

Turn oven off; return cream puffs to oven to dry 20 minutes.

Cool on rack.
