Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour, 4 eggs, 1 c. boiling water and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add butter to boiling water.
Melt, add flour and salt at once.
Cook, stirring until smooth and forms a soft ball.
Cool mixture and add eggs, one at a time.
Drop batter onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 325° for 25 minutes.
Makes 12 Cream Puffs. Cool, then cut and fill with any cream or pudding.
