Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water or milk, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat milk or water; add oleo.
Let come to a rolling boil. Add the flour and salt to liquid.
Stir over heat until it leaves the sides of pan and forms a ball.
Remove from fire and let cool slightly.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Put by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.
Allow about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for about 25 to 30 minutes. Test puffs by removing one from the cookie sheet and if it doesn't fall it is done.
Cut off top and fill with favorite filling.
