Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 1/3 tsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter or oleo in water.
When again boiling, add flour and salt.
Stir rapidly until mixture cleans from sides of pan. Cool.
Then add 1 egg at a time, beating until smooth after each one.
After last egg, beat for 3 minutes.
Drop by tablespoon on greased baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes in 450° oven, then turn oven down to 300°.
Bake 30 minutes more.
When cool, cut lid off, scoop out some inner pulp and fill with Minnesota Frosting (found in Cakes and Cookies section).
Very good and inexpensive to make.
