Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in boiling water.
Add flour and salt.
Cook to a smooth paste.
When done, mixture should form a firm ball.
Cool slightly; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Put by tablespoon on buttered tin.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 325° for 20 minutes.
