Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. sifted flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt together butter in boiling water.
Add flour and salt all at once.
Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each until smooth.
Drop by heaping tablespoons, 3 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° until golden brown and puffy.
Remove from oven and split. Cool on rack 10 minutes.
Spoon prepared pudding into middle of puff.
