Cream Puff Shells
Cream Puff Shells is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. bread flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put water, salt and butter in saucepan; heat to boiling.
Add flour; stir vigorously until mixture no longer sticks to sides of pan.
Cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each egg.
On greased baking sheet, drop mixture by tablespoon leaving 2 inches between puffs.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
Reduce to 325° and bake 20 minutes more.
Cool puffs; cut off tops and fill with pudding, then replace tops.
