Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, 2 c. milk, 2 c. processed cheese (velveeta or american), cubed and 2 chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large saucepan, cook broccoli in 1 cup water with bouillon cubes.
Bring to a very low boil; reduce heat to medium-low and cook about 7 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Put milk, cheese cubes and flour in a blender.
Process on medium speed.
Add milk mixture to cooked broccoli mixture.
Add cream.
Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until mixture is thickened.
Reduce heat.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
