Cream Cheese Puffs
Cream Cheese Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained and chopped, 2 tbsp. chopped pimento, 1 tsp. minced onion and 2 drops of hot sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Unroll crescent rolls; leave every two attached, forming four rectangles.
Spread each rectangle with 1/4 of cream cheese mixture, carefully spreading to edges.
Beginning with a long side, roll up each rectangle in jelly roll fashion; slice each roll into 6 pieces.
Coat with pecans, pressing pecans into dough; place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 2 dozen appetizers.
