Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Cream Cheese Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks butter, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3 c. sugar, sifted, 6 large eggs, separated and 3 c. cake flour, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
In another mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese, both at room temperature.
Should look fluffy.
Add sugar one cup at a time and beat well after each. Add egg yolks and beat well.
Add flour, 1 cup at a time, and beat well.
Add vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon almond.
Fold in egg whites. Bake in a Bundt pan at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or bake in smaller pans at 325° for about 50 minutes.
Bake until done; take out of pan immediately!
