Cream Cheese Potatoes
Cream Cheese Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 7 to 8 medium potatoes, milk, 1 pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. butter (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and boil potatoes.
Mash and add milk (and butter, if desired) and cream cheese until desired consistency is reached. Place mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top and cover with foil.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes. Remove foil last ten minutes.
Serve warm.
