Cream Cheese Mints
Cream Cheese Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract, 3 c. powdered sugar, sifted and few drops green food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and extract. Gradually beat in powdered sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Knead in the last of powdered sugar by hand.
Knead in food coloring until evenly distributed.
Form mixture into 3/4-inch balls; place on waxed paper.
Flatten each with the tines of a fork.
Let dry overnight.
Makes 4 dozen patties.
