Cream Cheese Meat Loaf
Cream Cheese Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 3 eggs, 15 ritz crackers and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix beef, tomato paste, eggs, Ritz crackers, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Split meat in half.
Pat half in bottom of pan.
Mix softened cream cheese, oregano and chives well. Spoon cheese mixture over the half you patted in pan.
Put remaining ground beef over top of cream cheese mixture. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
