Cream Cheese Frosting
Cream Cheese Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. softened margarine, 2 tsp. vanilla and 4 1/2 to 4 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, margarine and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups powdered sugar and beat well. Beat in enough of the remaining powdered sugar to make frosting of spreading consistency.
Spread on cake.
Cover cake and store in refrigerator.
