Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
Spread 1 package crescent rolls in a 9 x 13 pan for crust.
Spread cream cheese mixture on crust.
Put other package of crescent rolls on top.
Beat egg white slightly and spread on top of rolls.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts on top and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
