In a 9 x 13 baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray, layer 1 can crescent rolls (pinch together seams).
Mix cream cheese and cup of sugar for middle layer.
Layer other can of crescent rolls.
Bake at 350Β° until rolls begin turning brown.
Mix together milk and powdered sugar; drizzle on top while warm.
