Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Cream Cheese Cupcakes is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 small pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt.
Beat well and add chocolate chips.
Add the vanilla and vinegar to the water.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, the vanilla, vinegar and water mixture, salt, baking soda and oil.
Mix and beat well.
Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.
In middle of each, put heaping tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
