Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add beaten eggs one at a time.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat.
Fill muffin-sized paper baking cups to 1/8 inch from top.
Baking time, 1 hour; temperature, 350Β°.
Serves 30.
Remove from oven after baking and let cool.
On indentation on top of cupcake is to be filled with cherry pie filling or filling of your choice.
