Line cup cake pan with paper cups (cup cake cups).
Put 1 vanilla wafer together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Spoon into cups on top of wafers.
Bake at minutes.
Cool and place a spoonful of pie filling on each cheese cake.
Serve cold.
