Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Cut one roll in 1/8-inch slices; place on greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread cheese mix. Sprinkle with 1/2 of walnuts.
Cut second roll of cookies.
Place on top of cheese.
Sprinkle remainder of nuts.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
