Cut 1 roll and press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Pour over cookie dough.
Cut second roll and press on top of cheese mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
